And it will do its best to excite the collecting world with its stamps, which will be like all the others, of course, but will reveal the vision that most of its inhabitants have of the contemporary world. In its first stage, the principality's creatives will address themes of international interest.
Depending on what kind of stamp collector you are, you can organize your collection by thematic or topical categories (such as flowers, animals, automobiles, insects, ships) or simply by collecting according to year, or by color, prices, (A to F), or whatever strikes your fancy.
Havonnea Postal Service stamps will be considered tax stamps for reconstruction and development. Revenues will be used primarily to empower the principality and provide it with all governmental facilities, with special emphasis on cultural ones. Havonnea aspires to be a world cultural leader and capital within a few years.
Collectors of an original stamp will be able to buy duplicate stamps up to a maximum of five to exchange them for others from the same or a different collection. They will therefore be considered an important element of exchange among collectors.
