Havoneea, officially the Principality of Havoneea is a sovereign micro-state that is currently not located on any continent. It is drifting in the Atlantic Ocean. It is the only state on the planet that for unknown reasons floats and moves with the ocean currents. Its origins and history remain to be clarified. At some point in the early Middle Ages it may have been located south of Kristiansand in the Skagerrak Strait. The few settlements are located on the upper part of the floating rock, divided by the Anuuksen Fracture.

The Eighth Circle 2.0, according to the curator, constitutes the practical co-story of the research carried out in her master's project. That is to say, it is a gesture aimed at bringing together a group that highlights the hypothesis proposed in said work, which, in her words, states that "there is an important aspect within conceptual art in Cuba that consists of presenting objects that blur the boundaries between reality and fiction. This tendency towards the apocryphal is expressed fundamentally from four specific conceptual typologies: the remix, the heteronym, the historical object and the simulacrum product”. For the elucidation of each of these categories, she relied on the work of a different artist each time (Julio César Llópiz, Fernando Rodrguez, José Manuel Mesas, and Jorge Rodríguez Diez respectively).
Havoneea's stamps are its flagship product. Their development is almost infinite and unimaginable. The stamps will not only tell the history of the principality, but comment on the recent and not so recent history of the rest of the world, global trends, its nature, scientific advances and a multitude of diverse topics.

The motto of the principality Semper Fidelis (Always Faithful) has been honored by ladies and gentlemen for a thousand years. The citizens of Havoneea, by their actions in favor of the reconstruction of the country may apply for noble titles or by becoming Lord or Lady.
